The outside threat is not from outerspace as Kissinger suggested, but is seen as being from outside your house. The threat is made real by the media so that "...individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them...."
Covid 19 Test kits were ordered by the World Integrated Trade Solutions (WITS) in 2018 before we ever heard of Covid 19. After this information got out on social media, WITS added a new line to the top of their page as follows: "The data here track previously existing medical devices that are now classified by the World Customs Organization as critical to tackling COVID-19".
